When the investigation started, this information was posted, and you can still use it. Here is a list of the open investigations we have.

You are agreeing to take part in something called "mass arbitration" by lawyers. This is when hundreds or thousands of customers all file individual arbitration claims against the same company at the same time and over the same issue. In some cases, the company may choose to settle quickly instead of arbitrating a large number of claims and paying the expensive up-front fees that come with it.

On the other hand, traditional litigation means filing a formal lawsuit with the court and maybe even going to trial. Mass arbitration doesn't work like this. Arbitration is a way for two people to work out their differences without going to court. A third-party arbitrator makes the decision instead of a judge or jury. Because of this, some lawyers have decided to use a process called "mass arbitration" to solve the problem.

What is the price?
It doesn't cost anything to sign up.You don't have to pay if they lose your case.

How Can I Get It?
